The Barn
Two Stories of Rustic-Elegant Barn Venue Space
Primrose Hill's barn is the heart of the property: a two-story venue of more than 9,700 square feet, framed in over-sized custom-cut cedar posts and beams and finished with crystal chandeliers that make the whole hall glow after sunset. Guests arrive over a natural creek and along a white ranch fence — and step into a space that feels both country and couture.
An indoor loft and spiral staircase set the stage for bridal portraits, bouquet tosses, and grand entrances, while the second-story balcony opens onto a picture-perfect view of the North Texas countryside. And because Texas weather has opinions, the entire barn is fully climate-controlled — generous cooling for the long summer months and ample heating in winter — so your celebration is comfortable in any season.
The hall seats up to 250 guests with flexible layouts for ceremonies, receptions, quinceañeras, and corporate events. Only one event is booked per day, so the entire venue is yours from first look to last dance.
Bridal Suite
A Bridal Suite Worthy of the Big Reveal
The bride's suite was designed around the hours before the aisle: a private retreat with its own chandelier, a full-length elegant mirror, and multiple individual makeup and hair stations so your whole party can get ready together. Underfoot is immaculate imported tile from Spain; behind the door, a private full custom bathroom.
Electronic keypad access — indoor and outdoor — keeps the suite secure all day, and a circular staircase leads to the second-story loft and balcony for photos before the ceremony begins.

Groom's Suite
A Groom's Lounge Built for Game Day
The groom's suite skips the folding chairs in a hallway. Think LED TVs, gaming stations, leather chairs and couches, mirrors and prepping areas, and a private full bathroom — all behind the same secure keypad entry as the bridal suite. It's the kind of room a wedding party actually wants to spend the morning in.

Outdoor Ceremonies Under the Texas Sky
Choose from a variety of ceremony locations, indoors or out. Outside, manicured flower beds, native oaks and cedars, and 20 acres of rolling hills frame your vows — with elegant white resin chairs set up and torn down by our team. Indoors, exchange rings beneath the chandeliers with large windows pouring in natural light.
After dark, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or send the night off with fireworks over the countryside (100+ feet from buildings, when no Grayson County burn ban is in effect).
