Quotes, Bookings & Contracts
Venue rental quotes are provided at your tour, and event dates are reserved only upon a signed rental agreement and any required deposit. The signed rental agreement — not this website — governs your event, including payment schedule, cancellation terms, and any separate contracts required for selected services or vendor requirements.
Venue Policies
Events are subject to the venue's posted policies, including: one event per day; vendor load-in beginning at 11:00 AM with teardown completed by 1:00 AM; outdoor music concluding by 1:00 AM; licensed, TABC-certified bartending and security services required whenever alcohol is served; advance approval of decor, with open flames and certain materials restricted; cold-spark effects only inside the venue; and fireworks permitted outdoors at least 100 feet from any building, vehicle, or guest only when no Grayson County burn ban is in effect. Guests and vendors must comply with reasonable direction from venue staff and applicable law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Primrose Hill is not liable for damages arising from use of this website or from third-party websites linked from it. Responsibility for event-related matters is set out in the rental agreement, including any required insurance.
